Greeter: Please be at the welcome table by the entrance no later than 7:00 AM so that you can welcome our group. Please assist the guests to sign in, obtain a name badge and select their breakfast.

Showboater: Please remember to have the Showboater table set up by 7:00 AM sharp. It is best to arrive by 6:50 AM. You will have two minutes to introduce your products and services.

Speaker: You will have an eight minute presentation to discuss your products or services and an additional two minutes to answer questions. Please provide me with a brief bio one week before your speaking assignment.

If you have any questions or are unable to complete your assignment, please contact Reg Holly at (714) 815-4863. If you know in advanced that you can not make your entire three week rotation, I will trade you with someone else. If you can not make one of your three weeks and don't let me know until the last minute, you will complete the other two assignments and be slotted in for the missed assignment only when someone else has to miss.
